These Terms of Service apply to every order placed on this store and to your use of this website. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them.
This store is operated by Pet's Palace, a trade name of Elderenbos Media, Mauritslaan 49, 6129 EL Urmond, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 67636659.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
We describe our products as accurately as we can and use real product photography. Screens differ, so colors and finishes can look slightly different in person. Product availability can change without notice.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax. Where we are required to collect it, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Prices can change at any time, but never after you have placed your order.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order was already confirmed. We will always email you first.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a confirmation that your order has shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, if the item is out of stock, or if we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
When you upload a photo, a name or other content for a personalized product, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you give us permission to use it for the sole purpose of producing your order. We may refuse content that infringes someone else's rights or that is unlawful or offensive. Because a personalized item is made for you alone, it cannot be returned unless it is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.
Payment is taken when you place your order. Your order is produced and shipped after payment is confirmed. See our Billing Terms for details.
Shipping timelines, costs and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. If we cannot ship your order within 30 days of receiving it and we did not state a longer time up front, we will email you, and you can either agree to the new date or cancel for a full refund. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.
Our Refund Policy is part of these terms. It explains the return window, the condition items must be in, and what cannot be returned.
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where one applies. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided as is and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow that, so this may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use automated tools to scrape it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where we are established. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection you have under the laws of the state where you live, and it does not stop you from bringing a claim in your own local court.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.
